One of our most popular finishes, exposed aggregate combines durability with a premium, contemporary look that can completely transform the exterior of your home.

The finish is created by carefully washing back the surface of freshly poured concrete to reveal the natural stone and aggregate within. The result is a beautifully textured surface that is hard-wearing, slip-resistant and designed to handle everyday use and Melbourne conditions.

With a wide selection of aggregate blends, stone colours and concrete tones available, your finish can be tailored to complement your home’s exterior, landscaping and overall style.

Ideal for driveways, pathways, entertaining areas, patios and pool surrounds, exposed aggregate is a practical choice that delivers outstanding street appeal without compromising on durability.

  • Exceptional Street Appeal
  • Built for Lasting Durability
  • Textured, Slip-Resistant Finish

A timeless and practical choice, plain concrete offers a clean, understated finish that works beautifully with almost any style of home. Strong, durable and cost-effective, it’s an excellent option for driveways, pathways, patios and larger concrete areas.

For those wanting something beyond traditional grey, coloured concrete offers the same strength and practicality with added warmth and character. Colour is blended throughout the concrete, with a range of tones available to complement your home’s brickwork, render, roofing and landscaping.

Designed for everyday living and built to last, plain and coloured concrete provide a smart, low-maintenance finish without the premium price tag.

A specialised concrete solution, permeable concrete is best suited to projects where effective drainage and stormwater management are a priority. A smarter approach to outdoor concrete, permeable concrete is designed to allow rainwater to naturally drain through the surface and into the ground below, rather than collecting or flowing into surrounding areas.

Its specially designed structure helps reduce surface water, puddling and stormwater runoff while still providing a strong, functional surface for your property.

Ideal for driveways and outdoor areas where effective water management is important, permeable concrete offers a practical and more environmentally conscious solution without compromising on performance.

Best For

  • Smarter water managment
  • Helps Reduce Puddles & Runoff
  • A More Sustainable Choice
  • Strong, Practical & Built to Perform

Frequently asked questions

Planning Your Concrete Project?

  • What types of concrete driveways do you install?

Plain, coloured, exposed aggregate, permeable and our pavilion (polished) finish. We do single driveways for homes, plus longer shared driveways for unit developments.

  • How much does a concrete driveway cost?

As a guide, plain concrete is $100 to $150 per m² +GST, coloured is $110 to $160 per m² +GST and exposed aggregate is $100 +GST to $150 per m² +GST. Most of our residential jobs are between $8,000 and $30,000. We'll give you an exact price after a free site visit.

  • Do you have driveway packages?

We don't have set small, medium or large packages, because every driveway is different. We can often bundle work, such as a driveway, crossover and footpath, depending on the job.

  • How long does it take to install a concrete driveway?

Most driveways take 3 to 7 days, depending on the size, finish and weather.

  • How long before I can drive on it?

Allow 7 days for the concrete to cure before driving on it.

  • Do I need a council permit?

Only for a new or altered vehicle crossover. You apply for the permit through your local council. Once it’s approved, we liaise with council, arrange the pre-pour inspection and build everything to council specifications.

  • What's the difference between plain and exposed aggregate?

Plain concrete has a smooth, clean finish and costs less. Exposed aggregate has the top layer washed back to show the stones underneath, so it's textured, grippier and hides marks well.

  • Do you do commercial jobs or house slabs?

No. We focus on residential driveways, crossovers and footpaths, so every job gets our full attention.
